The first step of our process is to take a deep dive into your operation to get a good understanding of the steps that need to be taken in order to create efficiencies. Ideally, our business consultant will work with you side by side for 5 - 10 days to get an in-depth understanding of your business.
Once we understand the state of the operation, we will then review the company website, as well as, the social and online presence. For a business to thrive, there has to be brand consistency across all online channels including the website, social pages, and online map profiles.
After establishing your online presence, we will review the marketing efforts to understand if you're 1) targeting your ideal customer 2) able to track customers who come through your marketing channels, and 3) effectively converting prospective customers into actual customers.
